JINS_Close Your Eyes
JINS, 2016 WINTER, "CLOSE YOUR EYES" campaign - Hakuhodo Gravity team was in charge of planning, media buying, and promotion. The challenge was to how to gain recognition and sales for JINS SCREEN during the Christmas season. Using smartphone face-tracking technology, we developed CLOSE YOUR EYES, a messaging app that allowed message recipients to listen to messages only when they closed their eyes. After listening to the message, the reipient opened his or her eyes and got surprised to see his or her own face wearing the JINS SCREEN chosen by the message sender. Then the message "As keeping your eyes closed in order to avoid eye fatigue is impossible, let's wear JINS SCREEN" followed immediately in order to share people with the opprotunty to think about their eyes and blue light as Christmas gift. This campaign, with a lot of PR exposure and more messages than expected, contributed in gaining recognition and sales of JINS SCREEN.
